Meetings will be conducted in accordance with the transparency outlined in the Stakeholder Operating Procedures

Council Meetings

The usTLD Stakeholder Council will meet quarterly throughout the year.

The schedule of calls of the usTLD Stakeholder Council will be as follows:

  1. Q1 - February 6, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time
  2. Q2 - May 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time
  3. Q3 - September 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time
  4. Q4 - December 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time

Council Reports

Council Meeting Minutes
Registry Reports are available to the public three months after the reporting month and are accessible for the most recent two years. Reports older than two years, but within the current usTLD Contract Term beginning on August 29, 2019, have been archived. To request access to an archived public report, please contact us.

Annual Reports

Within forty-five (45) days of the usTLD Public Stakeholder Town Hall the usTLD Stakeholder Council will produce an Annual Report. The contents of the Annual Report will include, at minimum:

  • A summary topics covered during the usTLD Public Stakeholder Town Hall;
  • A list of attendees;
  • Feedback received from the public; and
  • Any future actions or discussions that the Committee plans to take as a result of feedback received.

Public Comment Periods & Reports

Pursuant to the usTLD Stakeholder Council Operating Procedures, all Council recommendations will be published for a 30-day public comment period. Other deliverables and topics may also be brought forward for public comment at the determination of the usTLD Stakeholder Council.

All active public comment periods will be maintained here, as well as an archive of completed public comment periods.

All comments should be submitted by email to contact us with the comment period clearly reflected in the message.
