I'm interested in registering a domain in a currently undelegated (as far as I can tell) domain (boston.ma.us, or brighton.ma.us.) The Delegated Managers page says
"According to the report, new processes and procedures will be put into place with respect to issuing new delegations pursuant to a new Delegated Manager Agreement. Once this agreement has been development and disseminated, the Moratorium on new delegations will be terminated and new delegations will be allowed pursuant to such Agreement. Please look for this Agreement in the coming weeks."
It has said this for over 6 years!
What's up with this? Is Neustar going to start registrations besides governmental entities in the localities which it manages? Is the moratorium on managers going to be lifted?
