In its responsibilities as the Administrator of the .US Top-Level Domain (usTLD), Neustar performs regular spot checks to verify that domain names in the usTLD comply with the usTLD Nexus Requirements.

Registrants whose .US domain names are selected for Nexus revalidation are required to provide a written response with supporting documentary evidence, demonstrating that they meet the usTLD Nexus Category identified in their domain name registration.

The following are examples of acceptable documentary evidence for each usTLD Nexus Category, as well as a description of the information that must be shown for each to demonstrate compliance with the usTLD Nexus Requirements. Neustar recommends that registrants redact identifier numbers from documentary evidence provided pursuant to a Nexus check.
